Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging, if applicable.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

Digital downloads once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Custom or personalised items, unless they are faulty or damaged.

 

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at cpdoogan@gmail.com.

 

How to Return
To request a return, please email us at cpdoogan@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or damaged.
